Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Bridging the Gap’s basketball film-analysis, training, and game-planning services.
1. Who may use the service
Adults may create accounts for themselves or authorized organizations. A minor may use the service only with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian and, where applicable, authorization from the team or organization providing footage.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access, and activity performed through your account. Coaches and organizations must manage roster access and promptly remove people who should no longer view team materials.
3. Film and content rights
You retain ownership of footage and materials you submit. You grant Bridging the Gap a limited license to store, process, reproduce, annotate, and display that content solely to provide the requested service. You must have permission to upload the footage and must not submit content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, league, school, or platform rules.
4. Coaching and performance information
Analysis, training suggestions, and game-plan recommendations are educational coaching services. They do not guarantee playing time, scholarships, recruitment, health outcomes, or competitive results. Users remain responsible for coaching judgments and safe implementation.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, secretly recorded, or unauthorized material; attempt to access another user’s workspace; scrape or resell analysis; interfere with the service; or use youth footage for any unrelated purpose.
6. Payments and pilot plans
Prices, review limits, and turnaround targets are presented before purchase. Pilot features and plan limits may change with advance notice. Fees already paid are handled according to the purchase terms presented at checkout.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access to protect users, minors, rights holders, or the service. Users may request account closure and deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions concerning ownership, liability, and disputes survive termination where legally required.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Bridging the Gap is not responsible for injuries, coaching decisions, competitive outcomes, unauthorized source footage, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions or rights concerns can be sent to legal@bridgingthegap.basketball.
